I'm AnQi (Eking), a Chinese person working in the city. The busy work and fast-paced lifestyle often left me feeling physically exhausted. Before I ever encountered Chinese tea, a friend brewed me a cup of tea during a gathering. The flavor was rich, and the experience left me feeling peaceful and refreshed.
This experience completely changed my perception of tea. I started to dive deep into tea culture and discovered that drinking tea is not just about enjoying a fine beverage—it involves choosing the right tea, preparing it carefully, appreciating the tea utensils, and understanding the cultural rituals.
