We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If you need to return or request a refund, please note the following policy:
- Free Shipping Orders: If a refund is involved, the shipping cost originally covered by us will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds do not include shipping charges, bank or credit card fees, customs duties, or any other fees.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product and will be refunded using the original payment method.
- Tea Products: Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any tea products. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- Non-Tea Products: Non-tea products must be returned within 21 days of receipt, unused and undamaged, in their original packaging, along with the original receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy
We are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping services to customers worldwide.
- Processing Time: We will ship your order within 3-4 days of receiving it (excluding Sundays and Chinese public holidays) from Tianjin, China, or from other warehouses in China.
- Free Shipping Orders: Free shipping orders are shipped via regular cross-border consolidated shipping.
- Regular Shipping: We will ship your order within 3-4 days of receiving it (excluding Sundays and Chinese public holidays) from Tianjin, China, or from other warehouses in China. All orders are shipped through China Post entrusted companies. Customers can choose their preferred shipping service. Before payment, shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be clearly displayed on the order page.
- Rates and Insurance: The displayed rates are calculated based on postal policies we work with. We do not "mark up" these rates. All prices include full purchase insurance. All prices include packaging, materials, and handling.
- Order Consolidation: We will consolidate multiple product orders into as few packages as possible. The shipping order page will automatically calculate this for you.
- Insurance and Label Restrictions: We cannot waive insurance, mark packages as gifts or commercial samples, or change payment declarations.
Lost Orders
We will consider an item lost if it is not received within 45 days of customer notification. This may be due to events beyond our control, such as errors in the delivery chain or customs services in your country/region. If this occurs, please accept our apologies.
When contacting us, please provide your order number and indicate whether you would like a full refund (including shipping) or a replacement. If the original "lost" order appears after replacement or refund, please contact us so we can arrange return postage.
For items returned to us on time but due to the following reasons, we will charge a 10% fee (based only on the purchase price) and any costs incurred by us:
- Customer refuses order
- Undeliverable address
- Customer does not pick up at the local post office or designated collection point
Customers may be subject to import duties by their customs department. This is beyond our control, and if you believe you may be charged high duties, please contact your customs department before placing an order.
